COVID 19, Corona, lockdown and Bhagavad Gita

Presently due to the Corona pandemic, Whole country is lockdown. Lakshman rekha at the house door. All kinds of travel is banned even going outside the house. Flights, train, buses are off. Just stay at home is called a lock down. It is enforced but also voluntary lockdown. Is there lockdown concept in Gita?
        The premise is that every concept will have its presence directly or indirectly in the Gita. Whats the difference between lockdown and lockup? One can lock oneself and go down or one can lock and move up. Evolve up. In Gita, the recommendation is to lock the senses. It is basically selective locking. In general societal terms lockup is used for the place, the prisonhouse. Whereas lockdown is more of a voluntary action to stay put with minimal external interaction. Any kind of meditation needs some form of selective lockdown. Our senses are bombarded with flow of data from all directions. Everything should not be allowed inside into the consciousness. There should be a process of acceptance and rejection which is function of intelligence. The intelligence is situated at a higher layer than the mind. If we take the whole body mind package as a layered stack, the sense objects are at the lowest level followed by the senses, then the mind, intelligence and then the ahankara false ego followed by finally the self and superself. This is the complete package and in sankhya yoga one needs to understand these layers and how to utilise this knowledge to control the flow into the senses.
         Even in Mindfullness we need to perform selective lockdown of the mind. Flow of data from past and future database is locked down to enable mindfulness. As one progresses further in the inner world sometimes a complete lockdown is also enforced. Prince Dhruva went on a complete lockdown of all bodily functions and achieved contact with super self in 6 months. The intensity of his austere lockdown was very high. Lockdown as a concept is very much needed for any achievement in this world or the higher world. If one cannot lockdown then there is high chance of one ending up in a lockup of the lower worlds, degrading into a lower species lockup based on the principle of reincarnation.
